Emperor's Day

If President's Day is going to be a federal holiday, I propose that we have a holiday to celebrate the reign of His Imperial Majesty Emperor Norton I, the one and only Emperor of these United States and Protector of Mexico. I propose that 12 October, the day His Majesty dissolved the corrupt and war like United States Congress, be celebrated as an Imperial holiday hence forth.
