I'm trying to plan my final Enchilada Night here. If you can read this then you are invited. Possible dates include:

22 October
29 October (Halloween weekend)
05 November

The thing about Halloween weekend is that there may be some competing Halloween parties. I think enough people would come anyway. If you have a preferences, now is the time to let me know (leave a comment on this entry, if you are anonymous, please give me a hint as to who you really are, thanks). I can't make any promises, but I would like as many people as possible to come.

As a special bonus to those who come out to visit me in SLC in February, I will be making Enchiladas then too!!!
