More Pictures
Apr. 7th, 2005 08:56 pmSo the furor over Parallel Abstraction has sort of died down; I can now get back to doing the simple things in life like making reports come out right.
I'm making the posole for the party on Saturday as I type this. I'm not making as much as I usually do, but there is still going to be leftovers, I am sure. Brad said that he would make guacamole, so at least there is that.
I went up to On Location today to get my slides from this weekend's shoot. One or two of these are going to be used in a real project, so please take a look at them and tell me which ones you think are good, or at least less hideous than the rest. These are test scans, so they are low res, I haven't done any spotting and only minimal color correction (for some reason they scanned with a little more red than what is in the actual slide), so just assume that the final images will be of higher quality.
These two are actually from my lighting class last year:
...and the last three are the digital test shots that Sarah took before we switched over to film.
Thanks!

not a huge fan of #14 and #15, not sure why, but the others are far better
and i really really like #16, i think it's my favorite.

Date: 2005-04-07 09:00 pm (UTC)1, 10, and 1448 are very good for public relations-type usage, and i like 9 in a cute high school portrait kind of way.
i grinned at 12, and 13 had me audibly chuckling.
i agree with amanda about 16. i think it is for some reason deeper and more mysterious (?!) than the others, and i think the blue compliments you well.
