I finally finished up my taxes. On this round, I owe the feds $7 and the state owes me $4.

Question

Anybody know how to configure a web browser to pop up when you click on links and buttons in Slotus Notes? It's not as though I don't know how to use a computer, but Lotus has defeated me again.
