a month ago my manager asked the it people to adjust my access levels in our crappy software so that i can do my job using my own log-in, and they did 1/4 of what they were supposed to. so, last night my manager emailed them the request again, and today tells me that they wrote back saying it'd been done already and they'd gone ahead and canceled his request. thanks guys!
